Reducing our Carbon Footprint

CYO Transportation is doing its share to reduce our global carbon footprint. Every time a group uses a CYO school bus we automatically reduce vehicle emissions. Imagine if your group took individual cars instead of one bus. We would have the emissions of fifty or more cars on the road, increased traffic, more fuel consumption and tons of toxic emissions. CYO Transportation helps us to be green while we travel together, arrive together and enjoy our trip together.

Every year, vehicle and engine manufacturers must comply with the most recent and stringent emission regulations. All diesel engines now must be computer controlled and have exhaust filters. Consequently almost no particulate matter or toxic exhaust is emitted from the tailpipe. In addition, CYO Transportation has been using only ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel, or "green" diesel. This is the cleanest diesel fuel available.

CYO Transportation buses might be painted yellow on the outside, but they're "green" on the inside!
